The Toilet Project.
By offering a sustainable, inexpensive, locally developed sanitation system that cleverly handles human waste and greywater in disadvantaged areas, we address the present problem of the backlog of 150,000 toilets as described in the National Sanitation Strategy. The supply of restrooms is centered on local manufacturing and the development of new value chains.

The Governors Regional Development Project.
This Project is an initiative that structures and match resources to the community needs, specifically in the fourteen (14) regions, to build regional capacity for sustainability and to empower the most vulnerable members of the community through employment creation & ownership.
The Regional Development Projects will be developed through stakeholder consultations, relevant programme design, projects’ synopses and a regional problems database.
Innv8e, together with the Governors of all regions, will participate as partners in the execution of CSR activities to promote social enterprise in the regions. The end goal is to create an Impact Investment Fund that will manage the grants and investors’ money.

The Spaces Project.
This Project is a social impact investment initiative for Local Authorities designed by Innv8e and driven by Private and other sectors.
Innv8e rehabilitate Public open spaces, parks and informal trading space according to public open spaces policies.
Through employment creation, ownership Innv8e aspires to be the main operator and innovator of public open spaces on behalf of public authorities and organizations.

The Wellbeing Project.
This Project is geared toward the sustainable enhancement of citizens’ well-being, through which Innv8e aims to make a quality contribution to the social fibre of mankind.
