Background

This Project is a social impact investment initiative for the City of Windhoek (CoW) designed by Innv8e and driven by private and other sectors.

Innv8e aims to rehabilitate fifty-eight (58) public open spaces, parks and enterprise development zones through joint ventures with local authorities as a managing partner.

Through employment creation, ownership Innv8e aspires to be the main operator and innovator of public open spaces on behalf of public authorities and organisations.
